This deck is approx. 1200 Sq ft it is located in Carmichael Ca Near Sacramento . It is in direct sunlight almost all day and 80% of is is exposed to weather all year long.It is built with 100% California grown Redwood.As with all my decks it features mitered corners and torque deck screws and superior weather proofing.
I work closely with my customer to make sure all their needs and desires are met. I am only satisfied if my customers are happy. I build whatever they request but I really prefer to work closely with my clients to achieve their living environment not mine.
I do custom rail as well . Custom Router edges on pickets and hand rails custom finish work, anything that you can think of I can make it.
